Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization using SAP Business One.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP Business One to meet organizational needs.
- Provide support for SAP Business One implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Develop reports and dashboards to enhance decision-making and operational visibility.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
- Stay updated with SAP Business One developments to recommend enhancements.
- Ensure system compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP certifications are highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Business One, including modules such as finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, and production.
- Skilled in SQL query development, Crystal Reports, and system customization.
- Familiarity with integration tools and third-party add-ons for SAP Business One.
- Understanding of SAP B1 features and their application in a business context.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions within the SAP framework.
- Ability to carry out system implementation, upgrades, and user training, continuous fine-tuning of the application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external consultants.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One in an analyst or consultant role.
- Experience in business process mapping, SAP B1 configuration, and system documentation.
